how to play store bought dvd i keep getting a error. i can play dvd i burn off a tv program with no problem. not a store bought dvd. i have try vlc player, Kaffeine player and xine player no luck i am useing linspire 6.0 linux os any help would be appreated

I'm still running Linspire Five-O because of this issue. In the old CNR a Linux version of PowerDVD was offered.
It was not free, but reasonably priced. I have not seen it in the new CNR.com.
My version of PowerDVD is 3.00.0809

It is my understanding that LinDVD is only available to those that had previously purchased it.

Interesting, I now have an install option listed for PowerDVD in the link you provided.
I may have to dig out my copy of Linspire 6.0 or ubuntu
