I use linspire 4.5 because, among other things, it supports WordPerfect 8.1 for linux, an app that I find indispensable in my business, and the newer versions of linux do not. There are libraries and other software which I, from time to time, need to download from CNR in my use of 4.5.

Contrary to the promise of Linspire, when I first became a CNR user, all of these services are no longer available.

I hesitate to be a CNR member any longer as I cannot obtain the software I require and I don't think I can rely on the service to be there when I need it.

I would hope that Linspire would reconsider its actions and make available the older software that has been eliminated.
