Hi everyone, my system is Ubuntu802 with a Acer-Benq 320U scanner. I have Kooka ,Xsane and also Insane onboard.

When I try to acquire the scanner with Kooka I get error "Failed to open device "snapscan:libusb:001

:003 invalid argument." Any ideas on what to do next? P.S. I'm new to Linux command line terminology,

but I have used DOS 15 years ago! Tnx,,Mike.
