Unfortunately, the system doesn't want to recognize my Premium membership as shown in a this screenshot.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

On another CNR note, since I haven't seen a response in my other posting... any idea when the Eschalon Book 1 price will be lowered? The website for the game now has it listed at 19.95 as of July 30th & a posting on the author's forums indicated he has informed his other affiliates who sell it that the price is lower now.

Actually, I am logged in with the maxgaming account. I renamed it a while back. In my purchase history, it shows everything I have bought, including the premium. Just to be on the safe side, I logged into the other one (it shows only Marble Blast & nothing else), & it did the same thing as my account with premium, that is, it didn't show me the premium price. The last time I puchased some games was back in March... probably something happened when you guys did an upgrade recently (like losing the ability to search for commercial software now)?
