Hi

I moved on to Linux since I saw that there was an free Exchange server to be downloaded. Well - now I have linux and CNR runnin on the machine, but for me - even used to use the command line since I am from the Apple OSX camp - the installation to get opengroupware running seems impossible. tried Apt-get, but I get noware since it just gives me a message that it is not going to get installed.

Please anyone, can you please make a CNR.com one click install to work for OpenGroupware.org? They say its free, and why should you pay for M$ Exchange, but I got a good reson: a graphical install. Or even one that works. Enabeling a free groupware solution would be a great sucess for the Ubuntu/Linspire community!

sincerely yours

a big big thanks! I think that it could market CNR.com and Linspire like crazy, since both Redhat and Suse got alot of attention when they told people that you suddenly could install it on their distributions. A CNR.com install of OpenGroupware.org could be a pressrelease!

We have added your request to the packaging list. I will post again when we have an update. Thanks again for the suggestion. :-)

I don't know much of anything about CNR, but I am an OpenGroupware developer and I do packaging for SuSE/openSUSE. If there are any questions about packaging OpenGroupware feel free to contact me (awilliam at whitemice dot org) or ask on on the OpenGroupware user's list.
