Where is my CNR downloads info stored?

I finally got LOS 6 going and am back on CNR after many months. Where do I check for updates to as well as what download history? It all looks so different now!

Running the latest Linspire 6.0 (6.0.17) the CNR Client is pre-installed and will run from the system tray (green icon). Just right-click and select Launch CNR to view the software installed on your system (the History tab will have the results of the installs completed using CNR). Install new applications from the CNR.com product Install Now links, and updates will be provided through the system tray client. Hope this clarifies...
