well, it will be possible, but it's sad to say that... not yet!!!

as you can see from the link above... CNR is not available for OpenSuse yet...

and I've been visiting CNR from time to time to check for the suse version... and, watching the time they are taking to develop the Debian version (which will be release before the suse one - cause it uses the same .deb packages) it probably will be release... well, let me think... in about 10 (ten) years...

to clarify: Linspire/Freespire (the OS created by the same guys that invented CNR) are based on Ubunt. Ubuntu is based on Debian.

They first built CNR for Linspire/Freespire, then to Ubuntu and then it's going to be Debian... however the Ubuntu guys changed a lot the way Ubuntu deals with the packages... and so the Debian version is being built for almost a year (if not more)... and they are few people with few resource...

OpenSuse has OneClick Install (that lets you install software as easy as Next - next - next)... however it might be a hard task to remove the software installed... certainly not as easy as CNR!!! but i heard they're building something to work like CNR... but it probably will take time...

Since you're a newbie I could recommend you also AutoPackage . It's a easy as Windows, It's CrossDistro (Works on all Linux's) and it's a Charm... but unfortunately (don't know why) it's not very used and the project seems to have stopped...

then there's also Klik, that is just one file and has entire applications in it however it's not a solution to every software like Autopackage could be...

i think that to us, openSuse users, there's nothing more to do than just wait for something more simple to manage software to be invented...which probably won't be as fast as i wish...
