I am rather confused. My CNR account didnt seem to exist anymore so I foolishly re-registered using my same email address. I assumed that it would never work because that email should have still be in the system. It did work unfortunatly and now I have a new account with my old user name and email address but no purchase history. I wouldnt care all that much except I need my commercial dvd player I purchased last year.

I realise in retrospect of course that I should have more thoroughly explored my account problem before re-registering to see if my account was still active. I just used it a month ago though so I figured that It should definatly still be active.

I may just go ahead an buy the dvd player again or look for some kind a of distro that includes a commercial dvd player.. but that irritates me somewhat that I no longer have access to a service I purchased.

If anyone can help a newbie out I'd be greatly appreciative.
