Why is there no obvious place to report bugs for a package? The CNR Client package is faulty for Ubuntu 8.04 (0.2.3848-0cnr1~hardy1). If it doesn't work after install, complaining of a database problem, then you probably need to install libqt4-sql-sqlite from Synaptic. This obviously should be listed as a dependency in the package.
