Cnr same error after all completed downloads!!!

HI i am new here. I have little knowledge about linux ,although i have collected all the distros out there ,both commercial and noncommercial.

Now i installed the CNR client for my KIWILINUX7.10 based on Ubuntu7.10 ,I successfully installed it because it is in the taskbar ,and in the system tools. But every time i try to install a program ,everytime after my CNR progress download goes 100% ,i get the same error message when CNR tries to install a program which is

INSTALLATION STATUS. CNR has encountered a dpkg package error.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What version of the client is installed (apt-cache policy cnr-client), and what output is received when entering the following from the console command prompt: cnr

When i enter apt-cache policy cnr-client this is the output :

kejdi@kejdi-desktop:~$ apt-cache policy cnr-client
cnr-client:
Installed: 0.2.3800-0cnr1~gutsy1

Now when i enter cnr this is the output :
kejdi@kejdi-desktop:~$ cnr
DebugnetworkState up
kejdi@kejdi-desktop:~$

and after that opens automatically www.cnr.com

Any suggestions ?
