vmware dpkg error in cnr client

Getting a dpkg error in the cnr client when I try to install vmware. Have done the usual apt-get update stuff but still get the error. CNR history gives me no errors, just failed to install.

Do you have success with other packages??? Lack of failure Details in the History tab is a known issue, sorry...

Yes, the attached screenshot shows xemeraldia fialing due to the dpkg error yet installing after I do the apt-get update.


Would a possible solution be to remove cnr, delete all config files then reinstall?

I've had the same error on vmware-player (on two computers) for some time now. My other post: http://community.cnr.com/message/1704#1704.

Other stuff install fine via CNR.
