error installing cnr on ubuntu 7.10

i am 100% new to linux and ubuntu...i tried to install cnr on my computer and it gives this error after downloading it


error: dependency is not satisfiable: libqt4-core

any idea what i am doing wrong???

What version of ubuntu (7.04 or 7.10)??? Also pls. review sources.list Additional Sources...
