Thanks, it is indeed sorted and is now installed on my laptop.
For what it's worth the instructions from CNR to get it authorised are in error, the username and password is wrong. What I needed to do was this:
- Order Pixel through CNR
- Go to the Pixel website and use the lost password form to determine your username (likely to be email) and password
- Use these values to authorise Pixel
Likely to be a bug that someone needs to sort at CNR.
