Not sure how to install latest Firefox version

I'm using Linspire 5.0 and it's internet suite. When I click install now it gives me this message:

The file "Firefox.cnr" is of type application/x-cnr-client, and Linspire Internet Suite does not know how to handle this file type. This file is located at:

http://www.cnr.com/fulfill/18111

What should Linspire Internet Suite do with this file?

Open it with ____________________

Save it to disk

Always perform this action when handling files of this type

I'm turning on Yahoo Messenger. My ID is sword_of_truth133. Could somebody who's much more knowledgeable than I please message me and help me out?

There currently is no CNR client for Lonspire 5.x

The legacy cnr still works.

You can get the latest Firefox directly from mozilla and extract the .tar.gz to /opt then create a desktop shortcut to the executable (/opt/firefox/firefox)
