Hi!
I have notice that CNR software that was available under Linspire 5.0 is not all available under 6.0. Now some of this is ok but when it is software that I bougt through CNR (Click-N-Ripoff ) it bothers me. We were told that the software would always be available to us through CNR. It seems that this is a lie. I have some machines at home that still run 5.0 they have Star Office 7 installed and it list under CNR. On the machines that I have 6.0 on when I login to my account under purchases it does not show at all.
I am not supprised at this underhanded move by CNR/Linspire. I am however disapointed by it. I do understand that Star Office 8 is now available but this is as bad a trick as some of Microsofts to just pretend that since I am upgrading my OS that I never bought the office suite. Now I gues they will want me to purchase Star Office 8.
If you ask me this is underhanded business tactics. CNR please put Star Office 7 up as a download for exsiting customer that bought even if you can no longer sell it.
