Hy everyone,

I've installed CNR warehouse in my Ubuntu 7.04 on 2 different pc's. On my primary pc it doesn't work, on my secondary pc it does work but only for freeware software.

Is there anyone who could explain me what I did wrong? Because I've installed it on the same way on 2 pc's and my sources.list are the same to! Adobe reader isn't able to install or upgrade by the way!!!

Thanks...

First there are three general types of products: Free open-source products that can be downloaded and installed without barriers (no Registration / Sign-in required); Free commercial products that require the acceptance of a EULA prior to use (Adobe Acrobat is one of these that the EULA acceptance is accomplished through CNR.com account Sign-in - abiding by the redistribution agreement); cost commercial products that require a purchase (Sign-in required).
Regarding the CNR Client on the different ubuntu 7.04 machines, understand that the Client successfully installed on both machines, but doesn't function on one??? From the machine with issues, Pls. run from the command prompt: cnr then report back with any error messaging...

Hy Dr.Jones,

Thanks for answering me! ;)

I've typed cnr in the terminal and cnr just started. No problem there. But there was 1 update avalable (Adobe) and when I signed in and agree to the terms, he tried the installation but failed! So the errormessage was simply:

tries to install:1

tries succesfull: 0

in the terminal there were no errormessages........

I've tried to install the game Frozen bubble on my master PC (where the problems are) but it didn't work. My second pc (is a test pc actually) had no problem to do so!??????

I DO have more sources list on my master pc then I have on the test pc, but normally that shouldn't be a problem, should it??????

The sources.list in /etc/apt do not affect the CNR Client...
