trouble downloading software from cnr.com

I can't download any software off CNR.com. Everytime I try to download the software my computer has a pop up in the lower right corner on my screen that says "initializing" and I wait and wait and nothing happens. I end up having to restart my computer. Can anyone tell me what this means? Can anyone tell me how to install software from the CNR.com site? I need help. I'm new to the Linux system. I'm having trouble undertanding how this system works, HELP!

Howdy, You should always give more info like what OS your using, what version of CNR client you using etc.

Try running cnr from the console (just enter cnr) and see what errors it gives.

Sounds like you are using an older version of the CNR client. Latest here:
