Attempting to use CNR, but instructions are not clear

Step 3 of the instructions state:

3. Ensure Open with: CNR (default) is selected

However, mine says Firefox Web Browser (default)

How would I change it so that has CNR (default) instead? The only other choice if you

use the dropdown menu is OTHER ...

choose other, then choose cnr and you are all set.
