Win4Lin Pro Desktop will not down load! I was billed twice for this software and still have no gotten the software to download. It goes to 1% and back to 0%.

I just bought Win4lin Pro Desktop. The fulfill.seam was downloaded to my desktop instead of to my purchase history in my CNR account. I got the email ok with the activation code.
but when I try to download the software it loads to 1% than back to0% to 1% back and forth
until it fails. What do I do!
